The Swan Club

A communal area for meeting up and relaxing, finished with wooden interiors in Swiss cottage style — a touch of Switzerland in Chiang Mai. On chilly evenings a fireplace can be lit on request, making it a lovely place for a warm drink and a photo. Piano playing is allowed only from 10AM to 7PM.

The Swan Lake

Cool mountain water cascades down an enhanced natural waterfall, keeping the lake filled throughout the year for a hands-on nature experience. Swan kicking boats and swan feeding are on offer.

The Swan Fall

Spring water flows down all year long, enhanced by a man-made waterfall structure. Concealed inside the waterfall is an Amitabha Buddha sculpture, offering a place for quiet reflection and meditation. Villa guests have the privilege of enjoying the waterfall up close from their private balcony.

The Rice Field

We plant rice twice each year. If you want photos of a fully green field, late November is the best time, when the paddies are lush and the weather is cool and pleasant. Ask us about the seasonal rice farming activity in August.

Pongyang Jungle Coaster & Zipline

Thrilling adventure activities let you soar over the Chiang Mai rainforest and enjoy a 360-degree panorama of the stunning Mon Loung view. Besides ziplining, they offer Thailand's first Jungle Coaster and the Quick Jump, a free-fall device that drops 14 metres from treetop to ground — plus more. A top recommendation for all ages, especially adventurous souls.

Mon Cham

A sea of cloud, a floral paradise and sweet sun-ripened strawberries. Mon Cham rests on a hill ridge in the Mong Nong Hoi village area, just 20 minutes from our resort, with cool weather throughout the year. To the east, the Mon Long view looks over the Royal Project area and its sea of cloud. To the south, you can see Mong Nong Hoi village and the Royal Project development centre ringed by layered vegetable beds. Play Fa Strawberry Farm at the top of Mon Cham comes personally recommended — the strawberries are large and sweet, and you can pick them with a view.

Maesa Elephant Camp

Come close to Thailand's national symbol. As Chiang Mai's largest elephant camp and the second largest in Thailand, Maesa Elephant Camp is well worth a visit. If animal welfare is important to you, rest assured the elephants here are cared for with love. The camp follows a one-mahout-to-one-elephant policy, ensuring every animal is treated well. Beyond the elephant show and ride, you can stop by the nursery and enjoy the charm of the playful young elephants.
